Cyber-Sense is a Concordia University Undergraduate Student Union (CSU) club.

All members of Cyber-Sense are students and volunteers, and while we will act in good faith and try to do our best if we help fix or solve your computer and related information technology problems, we cannot guarantee that we can or will provide help, we cannot guarantee successful results, and we will not be held responsible for any problems which may occur as a result of Cyber-Sense being involved with your information technology devices, systems or software. While we will explain in detail what we believe needs to be done, the final decision remains with the party requesting our help. We reserve the right to refuse to provide help, at our discretion, and for any reason we deem appropriate for such a refusal of help.

If you request our help you must be aware that there is a risk of failure and possible damage to your devices, systems or software, and you must agree not to hold Cyber-Sense, the CSU, Concordia University, or any members of Cyber-Sense responsible for your loss. You must agree not to seek compensation or pursue any action whatsoever against Cyber-Sense, the CSU, Concordia University, or any members of Cyber-Sense.
